March 21, 2016: From the barn

Some changes at Fleyenhof: Florenciano is not based here anymore. We've obtained a young, but high-level replacement in Goldberg.

In accordance with his owners, Florenciano has been sold to the sponsor of Marc-Patrick Fritz. So this top-level sire found a new home at Bad Nauheim. Luckily, I will see him regularly as I will be coaching the two.

So we had a slot available for Goldberg, who came here end of February. The five-year old KWPN-stallion has been trained by Danica Duen until then. I am sharing his ride with Ivan, and this year's goal is to get qualified for the Bundeschampionat. Not to compete there, but to extend his breeding license. And this surely is a goal we want to achieve after seeing Goldberg's great first offspring in 2015! I am really delighted about this new horse, bringing us a lot of fun and pleasure.
